The Role

Play a key part in delivering outstanding service and maintaining operational excellence across the business.


  • Deliver professional and responsive customer service to clients, companies and third parties

  • Ensure full compliance with internal procedures, regulatory guidelines and required controls

  • Support client service initiatives and projects to enhance efficiency and improve the client journey

  • Accurately update and maintain client data records from straightforward accounts to complex trust structures

  • Process outward surrender payments in line with company policies

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of product offerings

  • Provide support to colleagues including occasional reception desk cover

  • Adhere to Anti Money Laundering procedures and guidelines at all times

  • Undertake additional responsibilities across teams and projects as required

  • Previous experience in financial services or client service is advantageous
