Business Analyst, Contract, Isle of Man

Play a central role in defining how Microsoft 365 is adopted, governed and embedded across the business.

• Define standardised business requirements and ways of working across Microsoft 365 applications including Teams SharePoint Planner Loop Forms Bookings Project and Viva Engage


• Work with business champions to shape business led requirements for information ownership and accountability with a strong focus on SharePoint Online


• Establish community and collaboration ownership models


• Define data quality standards and information structures feeding into project requirements


• Capture business and organisational requirements needed to safely enable Copilot


• Provide clear structured input into governance and policy design for Microsoft 365 applications


• Define measurable benefits outcomes and success criteria for Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption


• Contribute Business Analyst input into scope definition risks assumptions dependencies and options analysis


• Work closely with third party suppliers to drive timely delivery


• Support the creation of training content in collaboration with the Microsoft 365 Trainer


• Manage and build the project backlog ensuring requirements are clear prioritised and actionable

About You

Bring strong Business Analysis expertise and a passion for enabling meaningful digital change.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation or enterprise tooling programmes


• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and their business use cases


• Experience defining business processes governance operating models and structured requirements


• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with experience working alongside business champions and senior leaders


• Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation and well managed backlogs


• Strong understanding of information management including ownership structure and data quality


• Experience working with suppliers and internal delivery teams within a project environment


• Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps and exposure to Microsoft Copilot or similar AI enabled business tools would be advantageous
