A pivotal legal position supporting business strategy while safeguarding regulatory and corporate governance standards.
- Provide high quality legal advice across regulatory, corporate governance and commercial matters
- Support Company Secretariat activity including board and committee meetings, statutory obligations and Director training
- Advise on insurance law and regulatory requirements across the value chain including cross border activity
- Oversee relationships with regulators and promote transparent stakeholder engagement
- Support corporate transactions including structuring, negotiation and regulatory compliance
About You
A commercially minded legal professional ready to operate within a complex and regulated environment.
- Qualified Attorney at Law, Manx advocate, solicitor or barrister with relevant post qualification experience
- Experience within insurance legal and regulatory frameworks
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and transaction management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinker with strong problem solving capability
