- Take customer orders for derivative hedging and update position reports
- Assist in managing physical trade operations and contract administration
- Maintain trade documentation including purchase and sales contracts
- Coordinate communication between Traders and internal departments
- Track shipment schedules and support operational queries
About You
Bring attention to detail, organisational skills, and a willingness to learn commercial trading practices.
- Commercial, Business, Finance or related qualification preferred
- Experience in administrative, operations, or support roles within commercial or supply chain environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or trading systems an advantage
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and in a team
