- Operate and maintain IMS, CS and EPC core platforms ensuring KPI and SLA compliance
- Manage and support IMS based voice services including SIP, Cloud Voice, FTTH voice and Operator Connect solutions
- Configure, upgrade and optimise core nodes such as MME, SGW, PGW, HSS, HLR, SBC and IMS components
- Troubleshoot complex signalling issues across SIP, Diameter and SS7 protocols
- Support roaming, SIP carrier interconnects and value added voice services while maintaining QoS and security standards
About You
A knowledgeable voice core specialist with strong experience across legacy and IP based mobile networks.
- Strong understanding of 2G, 4G and 5G mobile core and voice architectures including CS and IMS
- Hands on experience with IMS components such as SBC, S CSCF, I CSCF and BGCF alongside core network nodes
- Solid grounding in SIP signalling, interconnects and voice service integration
- Good knowledge of IP networking, routing and virtualised or containerised telecoms environments
- Flexible and collaborative approach with the ability to support a callout rota and work across technical teams
