- Champion Agile principles and act as the process owner for project teams
- Coach teams to understand Agile practices and strengthen the scrum framework
- Foster a safe and trusting environment that encourages open communication
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the product backlog is prepared for each sprint
- Lead teams of mixed abilities and ensure technology deliverables are well managed

- Strong understanding of the Agile manifesto and its core principles
- Experience driving cultural and mindset change across teams or departments
- Ability to apply empirical process control to deliver consistent outcomes
- Proven background in stakeholder management at senior levels
- Skilled in facilitation conflict resolution and continual improvement
