The Role

This position shapes effective project delivery and procurement standards across the business.


  • Drive consistent project governance and provide guidance to project managers

  • Oversee key oversight processes including portfolio reporting and quality assurance

  • Lead procurement activity including negotiations supplier reviews and sourcing

  • Support strategic decision making through preparation and coordination of review boards

  • Champion improvements across PMO and procurement processes

You will bring strong leadership and a passion for improving project and procurement outcomes.


  • Skilled in project management methodologies and PMO practices

  • Strong communicator able to guide stakeholders and build positive relationships

  • Proven negotiation ability with confidence in contract and supplier management

  • Adept at analysing information to support decision making and reporting

  • Organised proactive and comfortable supporting teams through change
