- Engage members through calls emails and virtual meetings
- Onboard new members and guide their first three months
- Identify opportunities for upsell tier movement and additional services
- Maintain accurate updates and activity records within the CRM

- Background in relationship or account management ideally within a B2B setting
- Strong communication skills when working with business owners and decision makers
- Proven success in retention and member or client support
- Commercial mindset able to identify added value opportunities
