- Own Group wide metric definitions and ensure consistency of management information across business units
- Deliver automated reporting covering revenue drivers profitability and operational KPIs
- Create dynamic models for forecasting pricing and scenario analysis
- Guide improvements to core system data and data warehouse architecture
- Manage and coach the BI team to achieve aligned objectives
About You
You will bring strong technical capability commercial understanding and confident communication
- Advanced capability in Power BI Excel Dynamics CRM SQL and DAX
- Understanding of financial services across Platform Asset Management and Banking sectors
- Experience designing cost allocation methodologies and profitability models
- Ability to oversee change impacts on MI and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills with the ability to work autonomously
