- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and advisors ensuring expectations are understood and met
- Act as a key point of contact for high dependency client matters providing prompt resolutions
- Perform technical reviews of client files including high risk and PEP cases, ensuring all regulatory requirements are satisfied
- Support risk testing, monitoring and quality assurance activities across the client base
- Support the development and enhancement of AML based technical solutions
- Collaborate with compliance teams to align processes with current regulatory standards
About You
You will bring strong AML knowledge and the confidence to contribute within a specialist technical team, with experience across high risk client work and compliance onboarding.
- Proven understanding of AML processes for individual corporate and trust clients
- Experience handling high risk clients, PEP reviews and priority case work
- Background in compliance onboarding, AML operations or a technical specialist role
- Exposure to risk testing, monitoring, business control or quality assurance environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management with the ability to manage incoming tasks efficiently
- Ability to mentor colleagues and support continuous improvement
- Comfortable handling client queries via phone and written communication
