Deliver high quality administration across a varied portfolio of client structures.
- Manage client portfolios as the main day to day contact
- Support the establishment of new structures and ongoing administration
- Work closely with clients advisers banks and external partners
- Oversee bank account administration including openings maintenance and mandates
- Prepare board and trustee minutes resolutions and governance documentation
About You
Bring strong technical knowledge and a confident approach to client management/
- Previous experience administering trusts and companies
- Education to A Level or equivalent with further study an advantage
- Strong IT capability including MS Office and ideally administration software
- Clear communicator confident with clients senior colleagues and advisers
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
