- Provide clear, honest information to help customers choose the right products and services
- Demonstrate and sell mobile and residential solutions
- Handle enquiries face-to-face, by email and by phone, aiming to resolve queries within one working day
- Process orders accurately while working towards personal and team sales targets
- Use in-store systems confidently, following training, to support the full sales process
About You

- Previous sales experience with a passion for customer care
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Enthusiasm for technology and modern retail systems
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
