- Review new personal account applications across all distribution channels within the Offshore business
- Assess client files across all risk ratings ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal guidelines
- Validate source of funds and obtain required business or compliance approval before account opening
- Carry out searches using internet and Accuity or Finscan to identify adverse media PEP or sanctions concerns
- Prepare account opening packs for Compliance or Director approval and conduct sense checks on tax classification
About You
Use your onboarding expertise to maintain strong compliance standards and deliver a positive client experience
- Secondary or A Level education or equivalent
- Previous experience in operations
- Experience in onboarding corporate or personal accounts and assessing client risk
- Strong knowledge of compliance guidelines and document verification
- Ability to work within agreed timeframes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
