Support the onboarding team by managing client checks and updates with care and consistency.
- Assess client files and request additional documentation to complete KYC due diligence
- Capture and update client information on internal systems to maintain accuracy and minimise risk
- Review work completed by other analysts and ensure stats are recorded correctly on SharePoint
- Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve KYC queries and obtain missing documents
- Monitor outstanding items and follow up to keep reviews on track
About You
Bring strong operational banking and KYC knowledge to deliver professional accurate onboarding support
- First Degree in Business or Commerce
- Previous experience in operations
- General banking experience with strong understanding of Know Your Customer requirements
- Confident in examining information and following established procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client queries
