- Provide first and second line IT support across a multi location business
- Act as an escalation point while mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Support and optimise Microsoft 365 Azure Intune and endpoint environments
- Identify recurring issues and drive long term technical solutions
- Contribute to projects including cloud migration security and collaboration tools

- Strong experience with Windows Microsoft 365 Active Directory and endpoint management
- Hands on knowledge of Azure Intune and modern device management
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware software and networking
- Clear professional communicator with a strong service mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a global team
