The Role

A hands on senior position combining advanced technical support with mentorship and continuous improvement.


  • Provide first and second line IT support across a multi location business

  • Act as an escalation point while mentoring and supporting junior team members

  • Support and optimise Microsoft 365 Azure Intune and endpoint environments

  • Identify recurring issues and drive long term technical solutions

  • Contribute to projects including cloud migration security and collaboration tools



About You

A proactive customer focused engineer who enjoys problem solving and improving how technology supports the business.


  • Strong experience with Windows Microsoft 365 Active Directory and endpoint management

  • Hands on knowledge of Azure Intune and modern device management

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware software and networking

  • Clear professional communicator with a strong service mindset

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a global team
