The Role

A hands on commercial role focused on winning the right work and strengthening long term relationships

  • Build and progress a qualified pipeline aligned to core services and strengths

  • Maintain and deepen commercial relationships with existing corporate clients

  • Turn conversations into clear next steps including follow up meetings and opportunity shaping

  • Support and lead proposal development commercial narrative and scope framing

  • Bring discipline to pipeline review prioritisation and commercial follow through



About You

You combine relationship skill with commercial judgement and are comfortable selling complex services

  • Proven experience in business development partnerships or commercial management

  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and technical delivery teams

  • Ability to discuss software transformation or technical topics with credibility

  • Strong written and verbal communication including proposal support

  • A practical hands on style suited to a founder led scaling business
