The Role

A hands on engineering position focused on designing implementing and supporting unified communications solutions.


  • Implement and support unified communications and collaboration platforms including SIP VoIP and cloud voice

  • Provide technical expertise across enterprise customer projects from design through to in life support

  • Act as a technical point of contact for implementations ensuring solutions meet customer requirements

  • Work closely with professional services consultants to deliver end to end customer solutions

  • Document projects maintain records and update customer tickets within service management systems



About You

You bring strong technical knowledge alongside a professional customer focused approach.


  • Solid understanding of telecommunications and application delivery methodologies

  • Proven experience working with SIP and VoIP technologies and Microsoft voice solutions

  • Background supporting platforms such as Mitel Ribbon and unified communications environments

  • Clear confident communicator able to engage customers and internal teams

  • Organised adaptable and able to remain professional when managing complex situations
