- Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies queries credits and adjustments
- Support month end reconciliations reporting and financial controls
- Supervise allocate and prioritise work across the billing team
- Drive improvements in billing processes systems and controls

- Previous experience in billing finance or accounts ideally within transport or logistics
- Experience supervising or supporting a small team
- Strong understanding of invoicing pricing structures and reconciliations
- Confident using finance billing or transport management systems
- Organised resilient and able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
