The Role
A senior leadership position combining client ownership commercial oversight and people management
- Lead the day to day management of a trust and company administration team overseeing complex structures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ultra high net worth clients intermediaries and internal stakeholders
- Oversee financial and non financial performance including fees recoverability reviews and risk management
- Act as authorised signatory and officer on client companies boards and subsidiary structures
- Support strategic direction business development and governance alongside the Board
About You
You bring technical credibility commercial awareness and the confidence to lead by example
- Relevant professional qualification such as CGI ACCA or STEP
- Proven experience within fiduciary services including regulatory and governance requirements
- Strong leadership capability with a track record of managing and developing teams
- Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholders
- Organised commercially minded and comfortable working under pressure
