- Establish the operational and commercial infrastructure for a new commercial office including proposal templates, case studies and digital assets
- Act as a controller for commercial activity supporting onboarding coordination and delivery of KPIs and the target visit calendar
- Monitor pipeline activity ensuring CRM reporting and governance remain accurate, up to date and effective
- Support deal conversion by analysing funnel performance, reducing conversion timescales and driving outcomes
- Lead commercial pitches, pricing strategy and cross functional collaboration with marketing, finance, compliance and legal
About You
A commercially astute leader who combines strategic thinking with hands on delivery
- Proven senior level experience in commercial management, business development or revenue leadership
- Strong track record of building commercial processes structures and governance frameworks
- Advanced pipeline management, CRM reporting and data led performance monitoring experience
- Confident leader with the ability to influence, coordinate and hold teams accountable
- Experience working cross functionally to deliver client value propositions and go to market strategies
