Build something meaningful and lead commercial growth from day one as a senior leader, shaping a new office and its revenue engine

The Role

A senior commercial leadership position focused on building structure, driving performance and converting opportunity into revenue

  • Establish the operational and commercial infrastructure for a new commercial office including proposal templates, case studies and digital assets

  • Act as a controller for commercial activity supporting onboarding coordination and delivery of KPIs and the target visit calendar

  • Monitor pipeline activity ensuring CRM reporting and governance remain accurate, up to date and effective

  • Support deal conversion by analysing funnel performance, reducing conversion timescales and driving outcomes

  • Lead commercial pitches, pricing strategy and cross functional collaboration with marketing, finance, compliance and legal



About You

A commercially astute leader who combines strategic thinking with hands on delivery

  • Proven senior level experience in commercial management, business development or revenue leadership

  • Strong track record of building commercial processes structures and governance frameworks

  • Advanced pipeline management, CRM reporting and data led performance monitoring experience

  • Confident leader with the ability to influence, coordinate and hold teams accountable

  • Experience working cross functionally to deliver client value propositions and go to market strategies
