Shape how a leading offshore banking operation manages risk control and regulatory assurance at the highest standard.

The Role

A senior assurance position focused on strengthening first line risk and control across the business.


  • Act as a point of escalation for complex risk and control matters raised by junior colleagues

  • Complete and maintain Risk and Control Self Assessments including control checks and key risk indicators

  • Provide timely regulatory and compliance guidance to support commercially sound decision making

  • Oversee and deliver operational assurance testing plans across key business areas

  • Identify control improvements through analysis of incidents breaches complaints audits and compliance reviews



About You

You bring strong offshore banking experience with the confidence to challenge and improve existing frameworks.


  • Diploma in Risk Management with a degree in governance or risk management preferred

  • Previous experience within an offshore financial services environment

  • Strong knowledge of financial services regulation operational risk and anti money laundering controls

  • Proven experience designing implementing and embedding risk mitigation plans

  • Clear communicator able to build effective relationships across business and risk functions
