- Act as a point of escalation for complex risk and control matters raised by junior colleagues
- Complete and maintain Risk and Control Self Assessments including control checks and key risk indicators
- Provide timely regulatory and compliance guidance to support commercially sound decision making
- Oversee and deliver operational assurance testing plans across key business areas
- Identify control improvements through analysis of incidents breaches complaints audits and compliance reviews
About You
You bring strong offshore banking experience with the confidence to challenge and improve existing frameworks.
- Diploma in Risk Management with a degree in governance or risk management preferred
- Previous experience within an offshore financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of financial services regulation operational risk and anti money laundering controls
- Proven experience designing implementing and embedding risk mitigation plans
- Clear communicator able to build effective relationships across business and risk functions
