The Role

A hands on role supporting project delivery through robust administration and governance.


  • Prepare approve and distribute project meeting minutes while tracking actions to completion

  • Manage project budgets including updating actuals processing invoices and identifying discrepancies

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for project staff contractors and vendors

  • Support project workflow scheduling and workload management across teams

  • Maintain secure and accurate project documentation with strong version control



About You

You are organised detail focused and confident supporting multiple stakeholders.


  • Experience in project or programme administration within a business environment

  • Strong diary meeting and documentation management skills

  • Comfortable supporting financial and budget administration

  • Clear written communication and attention to detail

  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in changing environments
