The Role

A front line credit role partnering with relationship teams to originate and structure debt solutions.

• Identify client credit needs early and shape deal strategy alongside relationship managers


• Structure risk aligned credit proposals to support approval and asset growth


• Originate structured debt solutions to drive revenue and deepen client relationships


• Provide insight into credit appetite portfolio quality and sector focus


• Participate in credit committees negotiations and structuring discussions

• Experience in business or commercial banking credit origination


• Proven ability to structure property or structured finance deals


• Strong credit analysis and risk assessment capability


• Confident partnering with relationship managers and influencing outcomes


• Sound understanding of credit risk and commercial drivers
