- Provide board level financial leadership and input into decision making
- Lead strategic planning including acquisitions disposals and business growth
- Oversee management accounts annual financial statements and board reporting
- Establish and monitor robust financial controls policies and governance
- Lead develop and motivate the finance team to deliver strong performance
About You
You bring commercial insight gravitas and the confidence to operate at board level.
- Qualified accountant or qualified by significant senior management experience
- Proven experience in acquisitions disposals and strategic financial planning
- Background in growing and developing medium sized organisations
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of financial controls governance and regulatory requirements
