- Maintain accurate and up to date corporate due diligence records for group legal entities
- Review approve and record non standard due diligence responses
- Manage internal and external due diligence queries in a timely and consistent manner
- Support data protection corporate governance and wider legal team activities
- Prepare board resolutions and provide minute taking support for governance committees

You bring strong organisation skills and confidence working with legal and corporate information
- Good understanding of corporate legal structures
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Strong organisational planning and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience within legal support company secretarial or financial services environments
