- Own and oversee the financial governance and internal control framework
- Lead statutory and regulatory reporting across group entities
- Prepare and maintain key regulatory documents and submissions
- Monitor capital and liquidity metrics and support management initiatives
- Act as senior liaison for auditors regulators and key stakeholders
About You
You combine technical excellence with strong judgement and stakeholder presence.
- Fully qualified accountant ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent
- Extensive experience in financial and regulatory reporting
- Strong understanding of governance controls and accounting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with a high assurance mindset
- Confident communicator comfortable operating at board level
