- Lead and develop a team responsible for balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure timely resolution of reconciling items and escalate issues where required
- Maintain and enhance the reconciliation framework across the group
- Support month end processes including journals and reporting
- Drive automation and process improvements within finance operations
About You
You bring strong technical capability with the confidence to lead and challenge.
- Part qualified accountant or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong Excel and numerical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working to tight deadlines in a controlled environment
- Confident communicator able to work with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of ERP systems ideally SUN or Xero
