Take ownership of critical financial controls and lead a team that keeps the numbers right across a complex group environment.

The Role

A hands on leadership role focused on accuracy control and continuous improvement.


  • Lead and develop a team responsible for balance sheet reconciliations

  • Ensure timely resolution of reconciling items and escalate issues where required

  • Maintain and enhance the reconciliation framework across the group

  • Support month end processes including journals and reporting

  • Drive automation and process improvements within finance operations



About You

You bring strong technical capability with the confidence to lead and challenge.


  • Part qualified accountant or equivalent relevant experience

  • Strong Excel and numerical skills with high attention to detail

  • Experience working to tight deadlines in a controlled environment

  • Confident communicator able to work with senior stakeholders

  • Knowledge of ERP systems ideally SUN or Xero
