Bring your attention to detail and customer focus to a role supporting new business and ongoing client servicing.

The Role

A varied position supporting regulatory processing and customer servicing activity.


  • Review new business applications for AML and regulatory compliance

  • Ensure applications are processed in line with internal guidelines and procedures

  • Contact advisers and customers to obtain outstanding information

  • Complete client set up and ongoing servicing on CRM and platform systems

  • Apply incoming funds and process withdrawals and surrenders accurately



About You

You are organised responsive and confident managing multiple priorities.


  • Experience within new business or servicing in investments or life assurance

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage adviser and customer relationships effectively

  • Consistent delivery of accurate and high quality work

  • Strong attention to detail with deadline focus
