Support contract execution and ensure seamless coordination across commercial operations.
- Assist with end to end execution of purchase and sales contracts including documentation and logistics coordination
- Maintain voyage schedules provide daily ETA updates and keep accurate system and folder records
- Issue commercial invoices insurance certificates and support payment processes
- Input and manage trade contracts futures options and strategy data within systems
- Support cashflow forecasting compliance reporting and monthly shipment closing

- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Confident communicator able to liaise with internal teams and external partners
- Computer literate with solid administrative and systems skills
