- Act as the central point of contact for coordinating projects and wider business initiatives
- Work closely with the Business Head to implement strategic plans and address any delivery gaps
- Provide oversight of governance standards, ensuring risk frameworks are well embedded
- Partner with risk, audit and compliance teams to strengthen overall operational resilience
- Analyse and report on business performance to support informed, data-led decision making
About You
You will bring strong commercial awareness, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and deliver within a complex environment.
- Degree qualified in business, commerce, finance or accounting, with a professional qualification considered an advantage
- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end within financial services
- Confident stakeholder manager, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Good understanding of risk management, governance and strategic planning
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
