Description

Become part of a well regarded trust and company administration team where you will take ownership of complex structures and build strong client relationships on a contract basis.

The Role

A hands on leadership role focused on client delivery regulatory oversight and team development.


  • Manage a portfolio of complex company and trust structures ensuring high standards of client service

  • Build and maintain strong client and intermediary relationships through professional communication and meetings

  • Oversee onboarding transfers and terminations ensuring processes are completed efficiently

  • Ensure regulatory compliance including periodic reviews risk assessments and liaison with Compliance teams

  • Lead and support the administration team through workload delegation training and development



About You

You bring confidence experience and a collaborative approach to managing people clients and complex structures.


  • Proven experience in trust and company administration with exposure to complex structures

  • Strong client relationship management and communication capabilities

  • Good understanding of regulatory frameworks risk management and compliance requirements

  • Experience contributing to or leading client reviews and governance processes

  • Comfortable acting as a signatory and director on client entities

  • Experience supporting or managing team workloads and development

  • Organised proactive and able to balance competing priorities

  • Aligned with values of client focus integrity innovation and leadership
