Description

Take ownership of high value client structures and deliver first class administration across international trust and corporate portfolios.

The Role

Lead complex portfolio management with precision and professionalism.


  • Administer a portfolio of high net worth clients and multi jurisdictional trust and company structures

  • Prepare and review trust deeds minutes resolutions and corporate documentation ensuring compliance at all times

  • Oversee incorporations restructures transfers and dissolutions across a variety of jurisdictions

  • Manage client relationships alongside intermediaries including bankers lawyers and tax advisers

  • Support banking investment and transactional activity ensuring accuracy efficiency and adherence to policy



About You

Bring strong technical expertise with a proactive and detail focused approach.


  • Proven previous experience managing trust and company structures across multiple jurisdictions

  • Strong knowledge of trust administration with hands on experience across complex portfolios

  • STEP qualified or working towards STEP or ICSA qualification preferred

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work and operate independently

  • Strong communication skills with a professional and collaborative mindset
