Description

Keep legal operations running smoothly while supporting a busy corporate team and delivering first class administrative support.

The Role

Provide essential support to fee earners ensuring efficient and confidential legal administration.


  • Screen calls manage emails and maintain diaries scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Prepare draft bills fee notes and liaise with billing teams while monitoring outstanding payments

  • Open maintain and close client files ensuring compliance with procedures and accurate record keeping

  • Coordinate travel arrangements meetings conferences and business development activity

  • Support document management filing and general administrative duties across the team



About You

Bring organisation accuracy and professionalism to a fast paced legal environment.


  • Previous legal secretarial experience preferred with strong administrative capability

  • Excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and organisation

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and clients

  • Confident working under pressure managing priorities and meeting tight deadlines

  • Advanced skills in Outlook and Word with working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
