Join a well-established fiduciary business supporting a varied portfolio of companies, trusts and private client structures.

This is a hands-on client services role offering exposure to trust and company administration, client assets, banking matters and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues while building your technical knowledge and taking ownership of a diverse range of administration responsibilities.

The Role

Support the administration of client portfolio�s whilst ensuring high standards of service, accuracy and regulatory compliance.


  • Administer a portfolio of companies and trusts

  • Prepare minutes, resolutions and other statutory documentation

  • Assist with the management and review of client assets and investments

  • Open and maintain client bank accounts and prepare payment instructions

  • Process financial transactions including dividends, distributions and loans

  • Maintain company and trust records, including due diligence documentation

  • Assist with statutory filings and regulatory reporting requirements

  • Contribute to projects and ongoing process improvement initiatives



About You

You'll already have a foundation in fiduciary administration and be looking to further develop your technical knowledge within a supportive and professional environment.


  • Previous experience within a CSP, TSP or fiduciary services environment

  • Knowledge of trust and company administration procedures

  • Understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements

  • Confident preparing corporate documents, minutes and resolutions

  • Experience working with client records, due diligence and compliance requirements

  • Able to manage workloads independently and identify practical solutions to problems

  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and professional advisers
