Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of trust and company structures while playing a key role in delivering high standards of client service and supporting the wider team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced fiduciary professional to step into a senior position with broad exposure across client administration, regulatory requirements, risk management and client relationship management.

The Role

Manage a portfolio of clients while ensuring service delivery, regulatory compliance and administrative excellence.


  • Act as the senior administrator for a portfolio of companies, trusts and client structures

  • Manage and review client assets, investments and supporting documentation

  • Prepare minutes, resolutions and statutory documentation

  • Ensure client reviews and risk assessments are completed within required timescales

  • Open and administer client bank accounts and prepare payment instructions

  • Process financial transactions including dividends, distributions and loans

  • Maintain company and trust records, including due diligence documentation

  • Assist with regulatory reporting, internal reporting and project work

  • Contribute to billing processes, work-in-progress monitoring and debt management activities

  • Support junior team members and contribute to operational improvements



About You

You'll be an experienced trust and company administrator who is comfortable managing your own portfolio and building strong relationships with clients and professional advisers.


  • Previous experience within a CSP, TSP or fiduciary services environment

  • Strong technical knowledge of trust and company administration

  • Understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory obligations

  • Experience conducting client reviews and working within risk management frameworks

  • Confidence dealing directly with clients and professional advisers

  • Ability to identify issues, manage risk and implement practical solutions

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

  • Able to work independently while supporting colleagues and wider team objectives
