The Role

Play a key role in supporting the administration of diverse pension schemes and client activities

  • Administer master trust pension schemes and international group schemes

  • Support benefit payments investments and pension transfers

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping of pension scheme assets

  • Assist with new client onboarding and take on processes

  • Liaise directly with clients and support wider administration tasks



About You

Bring a detail focused approach and a willingness to learn within a professional environment

  • Previous administration experience ideally within financial services or pensions

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Confident communication skills when dealing with clients

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to developing knowledge
