- Process servicing requests within agreed timeframes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support the supervisor in monitoring workloads and daily operational activity
- Handle client and internal queries via phone email and other channels
- Identify process improvements and contribute to enhancing controls and procedures
- Support and mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and feedback

Bring strong administrative capability with a focus on service excellence and compliance.
- Experience within financial services or a customer facing administration role
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Confident team player with a proactive and flexible approach
