Lead Real Estate Services across the Isle of Man and Jersey

The Role

Based in the Isle of Man, you will be responsible for delivering Real Estate Services across the Isle of Man and Jersey

• Lead the implementation of the Real Estate Services plan across the Isle of Man and Jersey


• Manage and support a local Isle of Man team and a remote Jersey team


• Deliver practical, fit-for-purpose workplace and real estate solutions across both jurisdictions


• Oversee leasing, property management, facilities management, technical services, logistics, project management and physical security


• Implement governance standards covering the leasing, purchase, sale and development of property


• Ensure Real Estate Services meet the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction


• Lead corporate infrastructure projects and oversee the management and maintenance of facilities

About You

You will be an experienced Real Estate Management professional with a strong background in team leadership and project delivery

• Extensive experience in Real Estate Management


• A track record of extensive experience in a functional leadership role


• A relevant qualification in Physical Planning, Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Management or Space Planning


• Strong Project Management experience or a relevant Project Management qualification


• Experience delivering Real Estate Services projects and managing competing priorities


• A practical and customer-focused approach, with strong organisational and decision-making skills


• Knowledge of facilities, workplace services, physical security, compliance and health and safety


• The ability to manage and support teams working across different locations
