Support the delivery of compliance activities while working closely with senior stakeholders and the Head of Compliance
- Undertake compliance monitoring activities across Isle of Man licensed entities and support ongoing regulatory oversight
- Review internet research screening results and media checks as part of compliance processes
- Produce management information and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide guidance mentoring and support to less experienced team members
- Work collaboratively with senior management and operational teams to identify solutions and drive positive outcomes
About You
Bring strong compliance knowledge excellent attention to detail and the ability to build effective working relationships
- Hold or be working towards an AML or Compliance qualification such as the ICA Diploma
- Previous experience within risk and compliance
- Understanding of AML CFT legislation and regulatory requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
