The Role

Take ownership of a multi-jurisdictional facilities portfolio while leading strategic initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

• Develop and deliver a group wide workplace strategy aligned to growth plans operational requirements and business objectives


• Lead office searches relocations fit outs lease negotiations and property projects across multiple jurisdictions


• Oversee the day to day management of office facilities ensuring high standards of maintenance safety and service delivery


• Manage facilities budgets supplier relationships and contract negotiations to maximise value and control costs


• Support business continuity risk management and regulatory compliance across the office estate

About You

Bring strong commercial awareness project management expertise and a passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences.

• Significant experience within facilities management workplace strategy or corporate real estate environments


• Proven track record delivering office relocation fit out or consolidation projects from start to finish


• Strong commercial and financial management skills including budgeting supplier management and lease negotiations


• Excellent organisational communication and stakeholder management abilities


• Knowledge of health and safety fire safety and building compliance requirements with relevant qualifications advantageous
