Process customer requests accurately and help deliver good outcomes for new and existing customers
- Respond to customer requests through inbound calls, emails, letters and web enquiries within agreed service levels
- Use active listening and effective questioning to understand each customer�s needs, circumstances and preferences
- Follow up proactively with customers and advisers, aiming to resolve enquiries at the first opportunity
- Identify and support vulnerable customers while following Consumer Duty, risk, financial crime and fraud procedures
- Investigate complex queries and complaints, handling challenging or emotional conversations calmly and professionally
- Support colleagues through training, knowledge sharing and suggestions for improving processes and ways of working
About You
Be accurate, clear and confident when supporting customers in a busy environment
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a conscientious approach to your work
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Intermediate knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
- A minimum of five GCSEs at grades A*�C, including English and Maths
- The Award in Financial Administration, or a willingness to work towards it
