- Assist with valuations and variations across a range of projects
- Support the preparation and compilation of tender submissions
- Undertake pricing and estimating activities
- Assist with the procurement of materials and commercial administration
- Carry out site visits monitor progress and help manage projects while supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor
About You
Bring a keen commercial mindset together with a desire to develop your career within the construction or civil engineering sector
- Previous commercial experience within the civil engineering or construction industry
- HNC in Construction Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar relevant qualification
- Full clean driving licence
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and organised approach to managing a varied workload
