You will support the administration of board and committee meetings, company records, statutory filings and governance reporting. This is a full-time, office-based role offering practical experience across a broad range of company secretarial work.
- Help organise board and committee meetings, including scheduling, agendas and the preparation and circulation of board packs
- Maintain statutory registers, company records, governance trackers and director and officer information
- Prepare meeting materials and action logs, ensuring agreed actions and information requests are followed up
- Assist with statutory filings, regulatory notifications, corporate returns and relevant deadlines
- Support entity administration and help collate information for regular governance reporting
- Help maintain and improve company secretarial processes, templates, calendars and checklists
About You

- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with close attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Self-motivated and able to prioritise your workload across meetings, filing deadlines and other responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a busy environment and taking responsibility for completing tasks accurately and on time
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel
- An interest in corporate governance and a willingness to work towards a relevant professional qualification
