The Role
Use your experience to provide independent challenge and strategic guidance at Board level
- Provide independent oversight and contribution to Board discussions and decision making
- Support the ongoing development of governance and regulatory frameworks
- Strengthen Board capability across AML and CFT oversight
- Contribute to audit risk and internal control discussions and reviews
- Support long term succession planning and organisational resilience
About You
You will bring significant leadership experience together with strong regulatory and governance credentials
- Previous Board Independent Non Executive Director or senior committee experience
- Strong AML CFT and financial crime expertise
- Proven experience in audit risk and internal controls
- Background within banking or regulated financial services
- Previous Audit Committee Chair experience would be advantageous
