Assistant Compliance Officer, Permanent, Isle Of Man

The Role

Join the compliance team within a regulated trust and corporate services business. Depending on your background, your work could include:

• Reviewing new business, client due diligence and onboarding information


• Considering ownership structures, beneficial ownership, source of wealth and source of funds


• Supporting compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting and risk assessments


• Helping to review policies, procedures and internal controls


• Contributing to wider compliance projects and, with experience, Board and committee reporting

About You

The key thing we are looking for is experience in TCSP compliance. You might be building on your first compliance role or looking for an opportunity to use more established experience.

• Some hands-on compliance experience within a trust or corporate services business


• An understanding of areas such as CDD, onboarding, AML or risk


• Good attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems


• The confidence to communicate with colleagues across the business

You do not need to have worked across every area listed above. An ICA qualification would be welcome, but candidates at different stages of their professional development are encouraged to apply.
