Take responsibility for essential accounting activities across multiple regions and deliver accurate results against demanding reporting deadlines.
- Manage monthly financial close activities including income and cost analysis inventory reconciliation and closing schedules
- Process and review accounts payable accounts receivable office invoices and payments with accurate coding and authorisation
- Complete bank balance sheet prepayment intercompany and sub ledger reconciliations investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain cash flow forecasts monitor debtor positions and support foreign exchange transactions across regional operations
- Assist with financial reporting VAT returns audit requirements compliance requests and period end analysis
About You
You will combine strong practical accounting knowledge with a proactive approach and the confidence to take tasks through to completion.
- AAT qualified working towards AAT or qualified by experience with at least five years of relevant practical experience
- Strong experience across transactional accounting reconciliations and month end close activities
- Proven ability to investigate discrepancies develop solutions and use sound judgement when escalating matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with excellent accuracy organisation and time management skills
- A clear communicator who can work independently prioritise competing tasks and meet strict deadlines
