The Role
Handle varied commercial disputes while delivering clear strategic advice and practical support to clients.
- Manage a broad caseload covering complex commercial cases shareholder and director duties disputes and banking disputes
- Advise on trust disputes civil fraud asset tracing insolvency and liquidations
- Provide accurate comprehensive technical and strategic legal advice to clients
- Draft court papers applications briefing notes and other legal documentation
- Attend client meetings support senior advocates and assist with disclosure and document management projects
About You
Bring strong legal judgement clear communication and the confidence to contribute within a highly regarded litigation team
- A qualified lawyer at junior or senior level
- Qualification in the Isle of Man or another Commonwealth jurisdiction with an interest in requalifying locally
- Strong legal research drafting and analytical skills
- The ability to manage files and caseloads with responsibility appropriate to your experience
- A thorough organised and client focused approach to complex dispute matters
