Lead the compliance function with confidence while supporting sound decisions and strong regulatory outcomes.
- Lead the compliance function and undertake relevant controlled responsibilities including MLRO where required
- Develop and operate effective compliance monitoring risk management and governance frameworks
- Maintain constructive relationships with regulatory authorities and manage regulatory engagement
- Provide clear compliance advice and reporting to the Board and senior stakeholders
- Guide regulatory change while balancing compliance obligations with commercial objectives
About You
Bring proven leadership sound judgement and detailed knowledge of financial services regulation.
- Previous experience senior compliance leadership experience within a regulated financial services environment
- Previous experience as an MLRO DMLRO Compliance Officer or equivalent controlled function
- Strong knowledge of Isle of Man regulation including AML and CFT obligations and corporate governance expectations
- A relevant compliance governance risk legal or financial services qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Strong leadership communication analytical and decision making skills with experience of Board level reporting
