Play a key role in delivering high quality audit services while supporting the wider audit team.
- Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering internal and external audits
- Review and analyse financial statements, budgets and forecasts
- Ensure audit work complies with auditing standards, accounting principles, financial regulations and company policies
- Identify and assess financial risks, monitor audit findings and follow up on corrective actions
- Support and mentor audit team members, collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies, and contribute to audit strategies and procedures
About You
You bring strong technical knowledge, a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Part-qualified or qualified in ACA, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles and financial reporting regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in accounting software as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Currently resident in the Isle of Man; candidates requiring a change of Confirmation of Employment can be considered
